justin was very professional. he replied to my message right away and got me scheduled quickly for a chimney cleaning. he arrived on time, set up his tools fast, and got straight to sweeping and inspecting the chimney. the whole job was finished in less than an hour. justin made sure to explain everything he was doing while he worked, and showed us before and after photos so we could see the difference. our fireplace and chimney look great now and we feel much safer using them after the inspection and cleaning. definitely planning to use carlson family chimney repair again when it's time for our next sweep!
