Absolutely the best experience. I was determined to get exactly what I wanted as this was a renovation we had been waiting years to do. I knew what “ look “ I was going for but had a hard time describing it and didn’t even know where to start. I received one on one attention and help on every single one of MULTIPLE visits. I came in with a random sample and was helped nail down exactly what made me happy. Extremely professional but also very down to earth. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

The flooring that was ordered is not the problem, it’s the installation and customer service. Lumps in my floor that should be laying flat. Been like this since installation June 2025 and still not fixed Jan 2026.

Travis was very helpful in the design of the floor covering for our boat. Boats are unusual to do with many angles and radius cuts. This design and installation was Excellent. After the installation Travis came onboard and reviewed the install, he had crews come back and clean up some things he didn’t like and solve a complicated problem on the radius stairway. The spent many hours getting it right with no additional charge.

I could not say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish Arlen at Carlson’s Flooring made sure to guide us with every decision. They listened to our needs and found the perfect carpet for us. Travis, even with his busy schedule would make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy with the process. Once installation came the crew was friendly and efficient. The carpet looks perfect… But the best part is the way the carpet feels, the carpet and the padding together feel heavenly. When you are investing time and money into your home you want to make sure you’re making the right decision and honestly they have a customer for life with my husband and I.

I can't say enough great things about Carlson's flooring and the experience we had with them from start to finish. Greg was very patient with my wife as it took her FOREVER to pick out flooring for our new home!! We had our heart set on wood flooring, but found this luxury laminate flooring that we loved and decided to go with it b/c we have 2 dogs and felt it would be more durable for our rambunctious Labradoodle and better suited for our lifestyle. Needless to say, we love the flooring and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out!! Mark did our install and we could not have asked for a better installer. His experience, attention to detail, professionalism and he was just an overall joy to work with. I would highly recommend Carlson's flooring, as well as this luxury laminate
