Carlton Pools

Carlton Pools helped our family realize our dream of having a beautiful pool in our backyard. They helped with the design, approval through the township and ultimately construction of the pool. Once the pool was finished, they continued to support our project by creating a custom cover and closing our pool for the winter. The West Chester Carlton retail shop, run by Nirav Patel, has been incredibly helpful with our pool maintenance and education on water chemistry. We feel very fortunate to have such a great partner in Nirav!

Our 22-year-old inground pool needed a good overhaul and after reviewing multiple companies we chose Carlton Renovations to perform the work. We were thoroughly impressed with the various Carlton teams involved in this process. The border concrete was efficiently removed and discarded, new piping installed, new tile, a total resurfacing, along with pouring of a new concrete patio, and installing a salt-water chlorinator. Each team was extremely professional, polite and willing to explain processes and timelines. Their "Master Plumber" Alan and his son McKenzie were able to save us significant costs with their adjustments to the original plan. They were incredible to work with. Overall, not a horrible experience - though service after the sale is left to be desired. The good... The sales process with Dan was good, felt that we received a good deal and a comprehensive package for the price -Finish grade really being the only piece that wasn't included. Though after a few calls - the grading team did come back to tighten everything up. The limerick store is fantastic - super helpful in getting the pool started up, they are always willing and ready to answer any question. The Frustrating - after start-up I had to go back and forth with the service team, never ending stream of emails to just get a few things buttoned up... Though it took forever. Very bad experience with carton pools in warminster. Do not go there!!! I bought above ground pool from there 3 years ago for salt water . They recommend most expensive and promised it Will less for long time. Three yers later all top rails r covered in rust . They sold me a wrong material not for salt water . Talked to some kid saying he is a manager bc big boss did not even take his time to call me back. The kid from store ( kind of manager)said the best way to do is buy new pool . What a stupid answer!! They do not even know what they doing there , what they talking about. Never again. Zero help, zero recommendation. Very far from professionalism.

Grant Miller and another team member closed my pool today - but also other openings/closings/services over 3 years. Grant is always super helpful and professional. He goes above and beyond - answering all questions and teaching me best practices for the pool, equipment, maintenance, etc. It's been a great experience since we built out Carlton pool in 2023.
