im editing my previous review since last post.... Josh had a family emergency that didnt get relayed to me on Saturday,but he did come out today an give me a quote today that im guessing is pretty fair compared to the other quotes ive gotten from other company's. also the ladies in the office I talked to are very friendly. like I said this is a edit seeing how my previous review wasn't exactly fair knowing what happened on our first scheduled appointment. thanks for coming out for the quote.

Awesome service!!! LUKE, CAM, and HARLEY are the greatest! They worked diligently at my home. They were friendly, kind, and very professional. They made sure I understood where and how to change the filter to my furnace and how to operate the thermostat. I was also given valuable information on my system. I couldn’t thank them enough! Get service! I can’t thank them enough!

Very professional company to work with. If they make an appointment to come out.They will come out. Very trust worthy.I would recommend Carolina Air Experts to anyone,that needs a new system,a repair or just yearly maintenance.This is the one and only company that will be there on time. Put you the customer first,be very courteous and I promise you the job Will BE DONE CORRECTLY The 2 technicians I had answered all my questions,showed me everything I needed to know to operate the new system. They even came back early the next morning to check on us, to make sure everything was still operating in top notch order. And yes of course it was. Thank you Carolina air experts for doing such a good job.

Harley was great! He’s a very nice, respectful young man. He did a thorough inside and outside check of my current unit, let me know that it needs to be on a bigger breaker, and gave me a recommendation for a new unit (mine’s apparently from 1997).

Josh came and gave me a quote same day, got a good price and quick install date scheduled. Josh did a great job of explaining and was a very good advocate for the company. I’d recommend them for sure.
