We have been using Carolina Air for years and have always had great service. A few years ago, our system went out on Christmas Day and the owner came out to fix it that day! They always have given excellent service. Kudos to our tech Dale. He is always neat clean knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend them!

What can I say. After a constant failing entry level Ruud Unit and multiple repairs due to the systems low quality, I had enough. Carolina Air were able to offer me multiple Carrier options. After deciding, I pick from Carrier's brand new line up. Cameron and Matt were top notch and made sure the install of the new system was operating properly. Due to this system never being installed before, the Service Manager, Bruce was on site for final inspection/operation. So far we are impressed! The new system is so quiet and efficient. Our outdoor space is now useable because our previous outside unit was so loud! Appreciate the professionals at Carolina Air!

Michael Gritzer completed our routine scheduled fall maintenance in a timely fashion and was very polite and efficient. This was his second visit to our home. The first time he had to make repairs, fully explained what was happening, and those repairs have held. I highly recommend him.

Tyrick was professional, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired our HVAC blower motor. He was very responsive. Carolina Air is a very well run and reliable organization!
