sammie - this young man is a shining star, polite ,courteous, professional . he has been to my home while I've had a sick child , a mother in law with dementia ... all sorts of distressing situations . and he has always made our day better. spectacularly skilled for being such a young gentleman .. 100/10 - Carolina Comfort Air should keep this young man at ALL COSTS! He is a superstar ! thank you for keeping our family comfortable .. - give this man a raise . 😉 you can barely see him in there .. but he is a grand example of fine young man . ☺️ - thanks for keeping my family safe

Carolina Comfort Air has always provided us with the best service at great prices and with the most professional and personable consultants and technicians. When our upstairs unit went out, Michael Dower provided with the three best options, explained everything we needed to know and provided budget options and a timeline we could work with. Everything from prep, to removal of the old system, installation of the new one and cleanup went smoothly and on time. Follow up appointments have been prompt with no issues. The technicians, Austin and Juan as well as the electrician, Aaron deserve special recognition. Working under the conditions they do, cold weather, hot weather, rain, etc., can not be easy but they maintained a pace and clear work ethic that, to me, is a hallmark of professionalis

My family was treated with both dignity and respect throughout the entire time it took to get our heat pump repaired. Beginning with Ashton when he came out to inspect the system and locate the problem and ordering the parts. Also, Sammi stayed in contact through the entire time it took for the part to be received. Haylan was wonderful she kept in contact with me by text and let me know what was going on and for that I am really appreciative. And to Ashton and to Chance Lee for replacing the parts and making sure everything was working properly and was at the proper temperature. I have had one of the best experiences with Carolina Comfort Air and would recommend them highly to anyone that needs them. We were VERY impressed with the entire process. Reilly, Ray and Erin worked hard, had great work ethic, had us up and running by the end of the day. Barry the supervisor came out and checked to make sure all was going as it should and Michael checked as well. They used more supplies than they thought they'd need but didn't charge us another penny over the estimate. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to each of the people we dealt with.

The Tech was extremely polite and concerned he took his time and made sure everything was working well. The people In the office and field are extremely nice and caring people. I have also purchased the maintenance plan in which they come out to check the unit to make sure it is running properly. I had a small issue with my system but they took care of it with no hesitation. I really appreciate them. Thank you guys for everything
