I recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with, Kevin Wilson, regarding the replacement of my roof. Kevin is not only knowledgable, he was most willing to explain the replacement process to me and assist me through its many steps. He made a difficult process simple for me because he was there all the way... When Kevin represents you and your interests, you can't help feeling peace of mind. And I might add...you'll have made a new friend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kevin Wilson as he was working in my neighborhood. He pointed out the condition of my roof and told me he could assist us with getting repairs done. He requested to go on the roof and do a quick video presentation to verify the condition of the roof. Needless to say, I was impressed with his professionalism, respect for our property and most of all, his desire to assist us. He spoke with the insurance carrier to get the paperwork started as well as being present when the insurance adjuster/inspector came. Kevin explained everything to us in detail and the process has been smooth and seamless.

This company was patient and helpful. Did not push me to do anything I did not understand or want to do. They answered all my questions and if they couldn’t, came back promptly later. Helped me file my insurance claim since I had never done so before and checked in every now and then to keep things moving. The price point was transparent and itemized in a way I could understand. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Carteret or craven county area. Just giving an update. My roof is installed. They did it in a day! No nails (so far) have been found after, it looks great, and everything was documented well. Just waiting for insurance to finish
