I give Carolina Contractors five stars based on their professional hard and soft skills. We asked them to reconfigure cabinet space, convert a doorway, and add additional wooden shelving to pantry that matches existing shelves. On the hard skills: clearly knowledgeable (asked the right questions), made proper measurements and worked in a smart way, and executed the plan according to our wishes. They also were careful to clean up at the end of each shift. Soft skills: friendly, timely, and responsive communications; flexible enough to work around household conflicts, and dealt with our dog running around while they worked.
