Paul and his sons were easy to work with, including having to reschedule. They came on time, were friendly and great to work with. They went through the house with me, to see exactly what I wanted to be cleaned and then got to work! Multiple rooms, rugs, 3 couches and dinning room chairs all done in about an hour. Very reasonable price, and looks great! Highly recommend!!

I communicated with Paul (the owner) via email to get a price and set up an appointment. Paul's sons Justin and Bailey came to our house on time. They were as nice as could be. They introduced themselves and looked at the rug we needed to have cleaned. They moved the furniture that needed to be moved and did an excellent job cleaning our 8x10 area rug. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. We heartily recommend Ericson Carpet Cleaning.

Paul was really quick to respond via text, the price was fair, and he was on time..He did my entire upstairs carpets, a rug, a chair and a couch. He gave me some good advice for maintenance going forward, and the carpet looks so much better. You can tell he's a family-owned business, that him and his sons really care about what they do. Couldn't recommend enough if you need carpets or upholstry cleaned! For reference I live in Holly Springs, NC.

Paul Ericson was quick to respond to my inquiry and to schedule a day for my rugs to be cleaned. They showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Additionally, they were extremely professional and courteous My rugs had never been professionally cleaned (8+ years) and they looked and smelled great afterwards. Any stains from my pet were removed. I highly recommend Ericson cleaners.
