Carolina Gown Preservation & Restoration

Carolina Gown, PLEASE RETURN MY CALLS AND EMAILS. I have been trying to contact you for months to get my wedding dress returned to me. You've never billed me for services and shipping and I just want my dress back and will gladly pay for your services. Potential customers beware - I dropped off my gown over two years ago and still haven't gotten it back. I was told it was being mailed to me on February of 2019 and I am still waiting. Obviously, my wedding dress is a very sentimental item and I would really like to get it back and have this stop dragging on.

I would like to thank the ladies at Carolina Gown and Preservation for being so nice and for also working with me. My daughter's gown was in a box for 2 1/2 years before I took it in to be preserved. Let me just say that when I went to pick the gown up I was so amazed at how beautiful the dress was in the preservation box. My daughter will now be able to let her own children use her gown if she chooses or can just display it. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks again ladies "YOU ROCK".

I have been calling for months!!! I was told I would be contacted. I have not received any information on my wedding gown! PLEASE CALL ME! I dropped off my gown a few months ago, and I have yet to be billed (which isn't an issue). I just want to receive my dress.

This is an amazing Professional Gown Cleaning service. They were very helpful, taking the time to walk me through the process and answer any and all question I had. They offer Gown repair which is amazing for those of us who had a little to much fun at our wedding reception! Thanks Carolina Gown now I have my forever memories safe and sound!
