They did a beautiful job tiling the kitchen, but the day after they left I spilled black coffee on the grout and the stain wouldn't come out. They said "oh you didn't tell us you wanted sealer." Then when the hardwood floor they installed started to buckle they came out twice to repair and replace the buckled pieces of oak strips (of course I had to purchase another box of oak flooring) but refused to repair anything after that. They don't return my calls. After years of tripping over buckling floor boards, a contractor came out who knew his business and said there should've been a vapor barrier installed between the concrete floor(old carport) and the new wood floor. He said this is standard practice that any flooring company would've done, but wasn't. And now its too late to sue the

I had my floors done by Carolina Interiors almost a year ago. Worst most expensive mistake I have ever made. Everything I mop I am disgusted with the job. I would have them come and fix but they are so messy I have to clean from top to bottom of my house. DO NOT GET THEM TO DO YOUR FLOORS OR YOU WILL REGRET.

Horrible customer service. Never once did they mention that you could not make returns. It was made clear that I was purchasing for a client and that the existing tile was unavailable so there was a good possibility that they would not approve the selection. They did offer to rent a sample however due to time constraints that was not an option. The return policy was never mentioned once except when I asked about returning the transition strip. That IS returnable apparently but not the hundreds of dollars in unopened tile boxes. They said I should have studied the literature posted on some column in the store. They also said no one besides me had ever returned tile. Speaking as someone who has been in this business a long time, I can safely say that's a bold face lie because customers chang
