One of the absolute worst customer service experiences of my life. George not only didn't know the difference between 1-1/4" and 1-3/8," he also told me I was wrong when I called to verify that they carried the correct size, and then told me that he didn't know that the size he gave me wasn't 1-3/8." When I went back for my refund I was left waiting at the counter for several minutes without any interaction. When George returned to the counter he processed the refund without ever even speaking to me. Between him changing his story fifty times, waiting forever for poor service, and having to make two trips to get nothing achieved I would never shop here again or recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other places to get plumbing supplies, including Amazon.

Delivered plastic pipe here and they unloaded pretty quick. When you arrive do not pull into the yard, Stay on street and park. they will take you around the block to unloading area. Swing wide. There is no truck parking at this location.

Very good service good attitude among workers and customers I will be back
