Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Carolina Trophy Roofs came out to replace our side porch railings and front porch railings that were wood and original to the house with vinyl ones. When they started on the front porch, they found completely rotten wood above the porch, the side wall of our house connected to the porch as well as some going into the foundation due to poor construction that couldn't be seen from the outside. Christina Thompson was our sales rep for this project and she was professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to find a solution. She showed us all the damage they found and explained our options. We filed a claim with our insurance company and Christina had the guys working on the porch come out and meet with the adjuster to answer any ques

Over the years my wife and I have bought or built a number of homes. That said, our most recent experience marks the third time we've installed and /or replaced an entire roof. Our recent project led by Carolina Trophy Roofs involved both our house, with a Hip Roof design, and a detached 3 car garage with a complex design that went flawlessly! First, I can't say enough about the working partnership between our contractor, (CTR) our insurance company (USAA) and the wife and myself. Great experience from start to finish. Austin was wonderful getting paperwork started and explained everything so well. He was always quick to answer any text that I sent him. Christina was great communicating when roof would be done and following up afterwards. We were out of town during the roof replacement and when we got back home it was amazing how everything was cleaned up so well and it was like nothing had happened, except we had a beautiful new roof. Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish! Our insurance company had been fighting with us for quite some time, over our roof. The second Carolina Trophy Roofs got involved, the insurance company was called out and approved the claim! Easy to work with, very transparent and keep you informed every step of the way!
