Carolina Well Drilling

This company knows their stuff! They are reliable, prompt and knowledgeable. We used them in the past for our well issues and last week they diagnosed a new problem of low water pressure and recommended a new vertical bladder tank in our crawl space! Carolina Well Drilling was 1/3 the price of the “big name blue van” plumbers who advertise all over TV and, also offered us a warranty that was over 3x the warranty length as the “other guys!” Darryl and Chase were excellent technicians and installation was done in one day. Very personable guys too. Thanks so much!

Pressure switch wasn't working correctly so he changed the tank out and tried to adjust the pressure switch. That didn't solve the problem said I got a small leak at the house and he done all he could do and I needed a plumber kinda left me hanging. I thank God I did get a good plumber. The pressure switch was faulty. Changed it and it works like it should. I guess he was honest saying he done all he could do. Had used Carolina many times but never again. I don't recommend them.

I could not be happier with Carolina Well Drilling in Monroe. The entire staff is excellent ... all are very professional and able to address any questions you may have and can present options if available. We have worked together for over 15 years and every experience has been a good one. Shout out to both Lisa and Bradley for their excellent work!

Recently had Carolina Well Drilling install a well and pump for our irrigation system. Great service and a job well done by Liam and crew. Good communication throughout the process. Well installed on a timely basis. Service tech Chase supplied prompt follow up to get the well running. I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Carolina Well Drilling today after trying in vain to get Well Doctor to provide documentation as to why it was going to cost $5,000 to fix our well for the last 4 days. The house had been without service for 5 days. Carolina Well Drilling came out within one hour of our call, fixed it today, and we ended up paying less than 1K for the entire project to fix the well. Everything now works great, and they provided a thorough explanation of the work performed with detailed invoice we can submit to our home warranty company to get reimbursed hopefully.
