I picked up my car brand new Tesla just a few hours before and left it there over a Friday night and picked it up the next evening. On Sunday morning, after it was only in my driveway overnight I notice 2 knife scratches on my steering wheel, 1 on top and the other on the bottom. The only possible way they could have gotten there was from someone on the garage. I would never use that lot and recommend to avoid it unless u want your car damaged for absolutely no reason. I called the manager and he pretty much told me that there is nothing he could do. Pls see the pictures. It was just a senseless act of damage to private property by 1 of the attendants

I am at the Tesla supercharger with not enough miles to go to another charging station, but the attendant is not allowing me access to the charger and will not open the gate.

I purchased a 2015 Tesla Model S new in 2015, and in all my years of supercharging this is the first place that ripped me off! They charged me $59 for just over an hour of supercharging and were extremely rude! Do not patronize this place!

They want to charge me $49 just to get into the garage so I can charge my Tesla ha ha ha. Please make it make sense. I’m not saying I want a free entry but $49 that’s almost the cost to Florida one way on Spirit Airlines.

There is no reason to be rude, but these guys apparently don’t need a reason. They are just jerks. Spend your money somewhere customers are treated with respect. There are A LOT of other choices.
