I was in need of a radiator for my 08 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. I contacted CarPartSolutions LLC. I dealt with Aaron and gave him the OEM part number so he could confirm the radiator was a match. I ordered part for my Chevrolet Trax from John Wilson. He never shipped the part. His number plus sales and shipping departments have voice mail full and nobody answer the phone. This scam company.

I was very weary about ordering an engine I was having trouble finding. John help me through the whole process and made sure to check back when I was in the deciding phase. Again I was very troubled about all the negative reviews about it being a scam and to be honest it seemed to Good to be true. But the engine showed up today I don't know if it works but it did show up so I will keep you posted. If it works I will definitely do business with this place again

I have started the deal with them on Oct 08 until Dec12 , they sent the wrong parts , they asked me for more money what I paid , after they had got the payment they do not respond to the phone , after they had answered they came back telling me I exceeded the return period time and refused the refund but they wanted their parts back how come I requested parts foe a sedan but they sent Coup parts and already told them before shipping after I had read the parts number , really there is no experience , no professionalism , no customer care skills , no communication, Now my car is out of the road since 40 days I use Uber , I do not have the right parts and I do not have the refund , it is a scam game , Charles , Aaron , Sofia and Keith are welcome to comment if the facts that I am sharing do
