I would give a lower score if that was possible. I went into this store to purchase locks and they weren’t packaged so you can tell what kind of padlocks they were until you open the actual package. I tried to exchange the package after realizing it was wrong and was faced by absolute rudeness and unprofessionalism from a older lady and older male that was on duty at the time, not to mention they thought it was funny as they carry on with the games and disrespect. I ask to speak to a manager and they have me in circles playing all kind of game and making up lies. First they told me the manager/owner name was John, next time around they said David who I’m yet to speak to. I’ve been insulted continuously and I can’t understand how this business still exist. Worst customer service ever. I called for help on pipe I needed the guy had no manners. He didn’t say he was looking or hold on, he just put the phone down then he hung up. When I called back he said he didn’t have time to be on the phone he was busy. I told him to at least say something and don’t hang up. 3 seconds later he hung up. Rude, unprofessional, and not worth my money. Just because you’re busy or don’t have time doesn’t excuse rudeness or not just plain kindness.

Used to be the best place for plumbing supplies. It’s been dying a very slow death. Shut down already and move on with your lives.

They are more interested in going home before 7pm than making money or helping someine in need. Saying to me of the boss comes and they are selling me something they will get in trouble.

A great place to plumbing and hardware supplies. Don't be afraid to ask for assistance as you'll get a good supply with a smile.
