Milton came in and cleaned our air ducts in no time. Then cleaned our carpet in the family room and stairs. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who ask for this type of work. And Carol is very prompt when you call. She is awesome.

The company is a scam. Tenants advised that the only area in the home with water damage was the hall way area. When they arrived, the guy takes it upon himself to do a quarter of the next room closest to the hall way just so he would get paid for water damage removal for 2 areas and 2 blowers. Then he takes it upon himself to remove the carpet padding in the areas, without notifying me. He stated in a message that, well it was water damage from a toilet so that why I removed it. He then sends me a message stating, if you would like when I pick up the blowers we can replace the padding but that will be another invoice. I was not educated or notifying on any of this prior to them going to the home or during inspection. Theirs is a lot of hidden cost so if you wanna be hit with unexpected exp

My property in Buford, experienced a severe water leak effecting 4 apts on Christmas Eve. Called and scheduled water extractions for 4 apts. Many calls were received but I was told they would get to me, but it was going to be late. Will told me it would be like 2-3 am before his team could get to me. I received a call from Will at 2am and his team was still working on a job. Will personally came and took care of the 4 apts himself! He came from Henry County! It is now 8:20 and he just left. Not only was he responsive, but he kept to his word and his attitude and his spirit spoke volumes! He even had a tumbler for me as he finished. Hands down, 5 star service. I Highly recommend this company. Very responsive, professional and dedicated!

They did a great and efficient job. I had a stain in the carpet from a plant falling over, the carpet now looks like it never happened!
