I’ve used Flawless a couple of times, in January of each year. Flawless has always done a great job. The service is fast, and the carpets look good.

Flawless did an excellent job on my carpet. Jonathan customer service was great! He came in and went right to work! My carpet look and smell good! I will recommend Flawless to all of my friends and family.

I work at an apartment community and have a resident who purchased services through Groupon for Flawless Carpet Care. My resident had to have emergency maintenance done on his apartment home and our repairs were scheduled for the same day he had his carpet cleaning scheduled. After speaking with John Nagle, it was made clear that the rescheduling was due to no fault of the resident and, according to Mr. Nagle, it could be rescheduled at no charge as long as the change was processed prior to the coupon expiration date of May 7th. My resident called on May 3rd to reschedule and was then informed by Mr. Nagle that he could reschedule but he would have to pay an additional $40. Don't waste your time with this company. Groupon has discounts for Flawless Carpet Care which is why he's so busy. The company scheduled a date and time and after no one showed up the entire day, we called and were told they could clean the carpet the following week. We needed it for the day we scheduled, not the following week. Poor customer service and business practices.

How can u have a location of a parking lot... Seems like normal business to prey on those who are at need of their service. They go by different names, all tied to the same people, returning calls from different numbers tied to those other companies. We scheduled with Nazar, the manager well in advance time for Sunday, Jan 31. They called last minute on Sunday to reschedule and we could not. We told them it was our move out day, so they showed up early and with a newer higher price. The technician said it is only 20 more, so they knew they were changing it. We then called and again spoke with Nazar. He did not want to honor our agreement. He asked about the space again and the price raised even more now. He finally said he would not have the cleaner return till the next day for the origina
