Carpet Caretakers

I wanted to give the cleaning a two star rating but the guys were great/friendly and on time! So that was the best part. I think this was a case of managed expectations. When I spoke to their centralized customer representative to book the cleaning she was obviously not up to speed on what the company actually does or the equipment they use. I specifically asked for hot steam extraction for this job. The representative assured my organization that it will indeed be steam extraction. Well the van with all the right equipment arrived but when I told him he could park closer to the door he said “no need, the boss is on the way with our new toy. We just got it yesterday and it’s way superior”. I then stated “ok, but it has steam and extraction?” It was now that I was becoming irritated because

I needed to hire them for a repair job. I called four times to try to get an estimate and never got a call back. The person who answered the phone was nice but, other than that, the service was horrible.
