Parked here with a Turo rental, paid for two hours then added one on. Got a notice from Turo that I received A ticket during my rental time. Opened it up to find that the town of Telluride sent a ticket to the owner of the vehicle saying I didn’t pay. The owner paid the ticket instantly, though it wouldn’t really have mattered if I showed him I had receipts of my payment, because there was no way he would be driving out to Telluride from Denver to show up in court for this. Don’t park here unless you want trouble. Seems like this happens often to people that park here.

Paid $4.00 to park for 2 hours. Ended up receiving a ticket in the mail for unpaid parking. This place is a joke.

I have parked here over the years without any issues, but my last experience was not a good one. Apparently the payment did't process correctly via the App. I had no idea this had happened as I was on my way to a screening at the film festival. Maybe bad connection? Anyhow, not a happy parker this time because I received a parking violation in the mail :(. I paid for it, it didn't even gave me an option to contact, because when I did, my email was blocked. BE AWARE of the APP being fully functional as service may be spotty there.

Update they have not refunded me even though they acknowledged that I paid for the full day and was only in the garage for half a day. DO NOT PARK HERE! I received a $55 ticket. It’s not worth if they are going to scam people and not respond. Save your receipts, town charged me for unpaid parking when in fact we did pay. They fixed the problem but make sure you hold the parking police accountable! Very friendly people and mistakes happen.
