Carpet City Flooring Center Rhinelander

It's been maybe 6 months since they installed our flooring. We had so many issues, I don't even know where to start. Every single problem we brought up, the lady would get so defensive and unhelpful instead of acknowledging the issue and trying to help. It took weeks and weeks for them to finish. We ended up calling a regional office who then sent someone to come fix as much as they could, but here we are still left with it looking awful after spending thousands of dollars. Glue everywhere. The Roppe border not on correctly. The flooring seperating. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

The carpet choice is perfect. The customer service was totally atuned to our wants. The selection samples were able to be brought home to compare shades against furniture and see in the room with sunlight, before placing the order. The installer was efficient, quick and professional. He left not a strand behind. We will be back again! Thank you.

I would steer clear of them, their installers are not the most competent group around. They installed carpet and padding over audio cables that were hanging from a wall.

From the moment we walked in to the big, bright showroom floor with plenty of flooring options, we felt comfortable working with our sales rep, Joe. He stayed with us through the entire process. The two carpet installers were professional, friendly, and very skilled. They cleaned up after the job was done. They were on-time. After the install was completed, Joe followed up with us again to make sure the work was done to our standard, and thanked us for our business. We are happy to recommend Carpet City as a great place for flooring, and will be having them install carpet in our newly renovated basement when the work is completed. Thanks, Carpet City!
