Carpet City Flooring Center Wisconsin Rapids

I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, as it truly takes a lot for me to do so. My husband and I visited Carpet City in Wisconsin Rapids on November 11th to select carpeting for a bedroom. Chase was very helpful during our visit—he assisted us in choosing a carpet and scheduled a measurement for November 14th. We mentioned that we hoped to have the carpet installed before the end of the year, and he assured us that would not be an issue and that we would receive an estimate early the following week. Unfortunately, more than a week passed with no communication. I called on November 25th and spoke directly with Chase. He apologized for the delay, confirmed our email address, and told us he would send the quote within 30 minutes. As of December 2nd, we still have not received any estima

Would not recommend. If you want incomplete jobs for the maximum price with hidden fees (by the installer) after the quote this place is for you. Also make sure you have tools and saws for them to use (Or at least your next door neighbor). Decent selection of flooring though.

Chase at Carpet City in Wisconsin Rapids did a phenomenal job on getting our basement flipped from carpet to laminate hardwood flooring. After working with another vendor who would not complete the work and did a poor job, Carpet City WR got the job done! Very pleased with the results and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had great customer service from everyone at Carpet City. Very attentive capable and professional help. Jim, Chase, Robin, Brad, and Tristen, all were wonderful to work with. Installed my LVP Flooring in record time! I went from an old carpeted kitchen to one I will love to show off to family and friends! Thanks All!❤️
