literally awful, scheduled a service with them and received no confirmation. i called them the day of my appointment to confirm they said yes someone is coming, no one showed up and they literally blocked my phone number???? had to schedule with a different company because this one was unprofessional
Was told that someone would be out to my place between 1-3. No one showed. Called them at 4:15. Was told that they had me in for 2-4. Said someone would reach out with an ETA. No one ever called.
