Carpet Cleaning By Brian

Unfortunatley I had a very bad experience with Brian. He came to clean some indoor furniture and my outdoor couch. The outdoor couch was not cleaned properly and days later it looked liked there weres spots and watermarks. He ignored my calls and text messages and didnt respond until I told him I'd write a bad review. He said, "it's been thirty days and I'm not going to take a loss." I reached out to him days after he was here. So that was false. He finally got back to me on the 30th day. He then told me it was because I had a dirty cover on it. The couch costs over 10k. The reason it has a cover on it is to prevent it from getting dirty. Another BS answer. The issue wasnt that it was dirty its that it wasnt rinsed properly. We bought a new couch a year ago but with 3 children with the oldest be 6 our couch looked like it was five years old. Brian came on time did an amazing job and gave us a great price. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Brian did a fantastic job - on time, professional and highly skilled. Tackled tough pet stains on my rug - it now looks and smells great. I already recommended him to my neighbor and would definitely use him again.

Brian is very professional extremely honest always on time have used his services a few times would recommend him anytime. And always respectful would definitely use him if needed again!

Our couches look great! He was on time and did a super thorough job. All three couches looked and smelled great afterwards.
