Carpet Collection

I was in Carpet Collection in Lockport NY at the same time as Jared (a recent negative reviewer) and I personally witnessed the conversation between Jared and Ben. I can tell you that Jared’s review is totally false. Jared wanted to return specially ordered flooring that his client special ordered from Carpet Collection. Ben told Jared that returns can be made on stock products but unfortunately returns cannot be made on specially ordered products. Ben told Jared that the company in Georgia wouldn’t accept a return on a special order, but Jared still asked Ben to take it back and return his customers money as he was just a contractor on the project. We recently bought a home and wanted carpet pulled up and replaced with the LVP that was in an adjoining room. Greg, the installer, was so nice, helpful and efficient. He made quick work of the project and made sure I was happy before he left. They also recently did a larger job for my son and did a great job there. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any flooring needs. The entire staff was friendly and helpful!

I replaced carpeting in my living room with luxury vinyl plank/click install and extremely satisfied with product and professional installation. Installer (Ken) was extremely knowledgeable and total detail oriented! I absolutely recommend shopping at Carpet Collection for great selections and service.

Horrible ownership. Spend your money elsewhere! Worst carpet installation experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. 3 carpet installers arrived at my door, when I opened it they had opened the storm door and were just inches from my face. They began the installation by attempting to tie my living room drapes in knots, at which time I stopped them and took my drapes down. They used my bathroom multiple times, leaving a mess and URINE ON MY BATHROOM FLOOR! Once the carpet was in place they proceeded to walk in and out of my home with their shoes on, all over the brand new carpet.
