Carpet Concepts

We’ve had the team from Carpet Concepts come out to clean our light-colored wall-to-wall carpets a few times. They’ve gotten paint, coffee, makeup and red wine out of our carpets over the years! This time we also asked them to clean our family room sectional. Embarrassingly, our kids treated the arm of the sofa as a napkin - it was gross. Now it looks brand new! Our light colored hallway rug acts like a magnet for dirt- especially with dirty bare feet in and out all summer. When Andy and Chris leave, they are so fresh and clean. We’re already planning to ask them to come out again in the new year. Highly recommend!

Andy and Chris and their family business, Carpet Concepts has meticulously taken care of our carpets for 15+ years. We purchased carpets from the company when we were young parents living in Radnor. Anytime they are in our home either to install carpets or clean them, we feel confident of their care, honesty, and end product. When we moved east from the Wayne/Radnor area, we didn’t move companies. They are on time and clean and it always feels like family is in the house. I can’t say enough about this good, old school business that we are missing from the loss of many other family businesses in the area!

These guys are the best. We’ve used Carpet Concepts many times over the years, and the work is always stellar and fairly priced. Scheduling is a breeze (and flexible) and at the end of the day, Andy’s focus is ensuring the customer is happy. No reason to shop around…these are the guys to go to.
