These folks came highly recommended by a friend after multiple frustrating attempts to find reasonable service more local to us. We didn't think they'd be interested, as we are a bit of a hike from their usual geography. Actually, we got a faster and better response from Climate Care that we did from 5 different outfits much closer to us. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did (a whole new furnace). Climate Care HVAC saved us during these freezing snow days! They responded quickly and were able to address the issue over the phone. They came out to look at the problem right away and were able to replace the inducer motor so that our HVAC could work properly again. We use a larger company to service our radiator heating/oil-fueled burner and while they do a good job of annual maintenance and making sure our furnace is working, they have been unhelpful when we have issues. More recently, we’ve had heating in some rooms but not others, and two technicians have come out without being able to completely remedy the issue. At the advice of a local friend, I contacted Constantin and he came out the same day and remedied all of the issues. Now we have heating in every room of our home. Going to have him give me a quote for a new hot water heater, and he also recommended replacing a few valves and other older parts of our furnace, which we will do! Can’t recommend enough

Very knowledgeable and thorough! System recommendations were perfect for our house. The new system is working great. Took the time to clean a birds nest out of our vent that would have damaged the new system, I’m not sure if others would have taken the time and effort to ensure the debris was removed entirely. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend!
