Robert did such a terrific job laying our carpets, he has done 2 of our room's and I am over the moon with how great they turned out. There is no sign of seams, he matched the pattern perfectly. It was a great experience.
Horrible customer service. Didn’t do what we agreed upon. The workers forgot a section of floor, then cut a seam crooked and fought with the customer. Unwilling to make it right.
