Carpet Connection did a great job! Really elevated our space. We updated several bedrooms and closets and added a stair runner. The team did a great job helping us with decisions and customer service. We are happy with the quality of work and end result!

This was an awful experience. They left me with carpet that was cut uneven, and it came up from the floor in almost every corner and doorway. It was a nightmare. Every time I have had new flooring or carpet installed, it has been perfect. I was shocked. This is the first time these new people have done any work for me. The Jungs have always installed my carpet and floors and have done a wonderful job. The sad part is that they do not care and do not want to fix it properly. I'm having to get an attorney to get Carpet Connection to help me. I would NOT use this company if it were free. Their excuse was that the installers must have had a bad day !!

Had the guys at Carpet Connection install new carpet on the stairs, LVP in the hallway and replace the pad and reinstall an existing carpet during an upstairs remodel. From the selection of materials to the install, we had a great experience. We worked with Danny in the store to pick our flooring, even went so far to send some samples home with us so we could see how the flooring would look in our home. By far our favorite experience was working with Dave and Darren during the installation. They were courteous and genuinely cared about doing the best job possible. The install was top notch and we had a really good time chatting throughout the day and shared a few laughs. Chris was extremely professional and lovely to work with! We are very happy with how brand new our kitchen floor and our kids room carpet is now and look forward to working with Carpet Connection again for other upcoming projects! Can't recommend enough 5 stars A+++. There installers are very fast at installing I was wowed and amazed of how fast the work was done it put a smile to my face! Also the price they gave us for the material & labor was very affordable. If you live in or around kannapolis I highly recommend Carpet Connection for ordering floor material & carpet + any floor install as they do both the install and have floor material in stock and for pre-order.
