Carpet Consultants gave us a decent price and the carpet material is good, but the installers weren't the best. It seems like they mismeasured, since they ended up having to cut a small strip to reach the wall, and they didn't put track straps in all the places you'd expect. The result is that you can see the seams between carpets in places, an issue that has worsened over the past few years. If you purchase carpet installation, make sure to follow up immediately if there's something that bothers you. We let it go and are now seeing issues cropping up because of the poor installation quality

I highly recommend Carpet Consultants Flooring. They offer quality products at a fair price. But the installation is where they exceeded my expectations. Father/Son team Bill and Tyler did an amazing job installing our floors. They took their time and did it right. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Carpet Consultants is one of only 3 authorized dealers in our area for the brand of flooring we wanted. Rob was very patient and accommodating as we kept taking samples home to decide on a color. Paul was an experienced installer, matching up the height of the LVP with our existing carpet so that we didn't have to have transition strips. The price was better than the other quotes we received, and we ended up with a top notch job. Very happy!

If I could this company negative stars I would. Scott Bailey the sales manager is the most unprofessional "manager" I have ever interacted with. He decided to hang up on us while we were voicing our displeasure with their services provided a couple months ago. This company quoted us to move some furniture so they could lay some new carpet down in our basement. Months after the service was completed we found they didn't move a piece of furniture that could have easily been moved (it was on wheels) and just cut the new carpet out around it and then left the old carpet underneath the furniture for us to find much later. After bringing this to Scott's attention he said he didn't believe that his employees didn't tell us they weren't going to move the piece of furniture to carpet under it. Afte

Thought I would get a better quality of carpet and service here, rather than one of the big box stores. After 2 years, the "good" quality carpet I purchased has more snags than the 20 year old carpet left in the house. There's also an exposed seam that is quite annoying. I called twice and was promised the installer would come back and check it out. They never showed.
