Excellent service and results. Eugene did a great job cleaning up my white chairs which had eight years of grime on them. Carpets are clean also. Both Eugene and his partner who spoke with me on the phone were professional and very pleasant.

EDIT: After further inspection and putting the couch out to dry in the sun, I noticed that I could still heavily smell pee on one of the cushions and there are stains on the side. I had the couch pulled apart so he could access all sides of the cushions due to them not being removeable. I think the job was a little rushed and could have been done better. Igor was on time and finished within the hour. Very friendly and did an amazing job. It looks as good as new! Very happy with the results!

11/10 - great price, excellent service, customer support was amazing! I loved my tech Marat he did such great work and was efficient! Angela who scheduled my appointment communicated with me quickly. She got me in for a cancellation appointment. My carpet is spotless and so fresh. It looks amazing!!!! Will call again for my next service and would recommend to my family!

This was my first carpet cleaning experience and will not be my last! What Josh did in 2 hours would have taken me 2 days. I was debating purchasing my own $400 carpet shampooer and doing it myself but now I will just be getting my carpets cleaned 1-2x, year instead! I wish I took before pics, because there was dog pee stains everywhere! 🫣 Most importantly, the smell is completely gone!

eugene was really nice. i had a white couch with a specific fabric i got off fb marketplace. it smells nice and i hope the final dried service makes it even more white ! thank you!
