We recently had the majority of our first floor redone with premium vinyl plank flooring by Carpet Creations, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. In the living room, they removed old carpet, and in the kitchen, entryway, hallways, bathroom, laundry area, and pantry, they tackled old cracking ceramic tile. Before installing the new flooring, they properly coated the tile with epoxy to level everything out — a step that really shows their professionalism and attention to detail. The final result is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent, and every transition and edge looks clean and intentional. The installers were Mike, the owner, and his assistant Brandon, and both were fantastic to work with — professional, skilled, and clearly proud

I highly recommend Carpet Creations. Julie and Frances are absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped me pick out carpet and flooring that fit my needs and my budget. They were extremely flexible with my dates for installation! Only had one relatively minor issue during installation and it was addressed right away to my satisfaction. Mike and Brandon both deserve more than five stars - I am thrilled with my shower! They did a fantastic job transforming my ugly disasterous shower floor into masterpiece! This is a long overdue review, promised to Francis if she improved our home. And she did! Francis is an animated character that is a lot of fun, but when it comes time to talk business, she listened, understood what we wanted, and gave us reasonable options. This included wall-to-wall carpet in our two bedrooms, and a complex over-sized area rug for a hardwood great room we wanted covered without damaging the wood. Based on pictures alone, Francis made color suggestions that ended up being spot-on with what we had to work with. The final price came in below her estimate. The crew that installed our carpets, I believe one was the owner, was prompt, pleasant, efficient, respectful, and they job they did was perfect.
