The purchase and installation of my carpeting took so long that I no longer cared what was going on and just wanted these people out of my life. After spending hours in the showroom picking out product and being advised as to which product would work best in my older home, and after being assured that the installers were experts in their field and could definitely handle the nature of this particular job,I purchased the carpet and was never notified of its arrival to the shop. I needed to initiate the installation process, which then took four days to complete due to the less than satisfactory initial installation.
