I've been shopping here for years, and I needed a new carpet runner for my staircase and purchased a beautiful runner and Jr. was very helpful 🙂

We nave had our basement and upstairs bedroom and stairs done. They provided excellent quality carpeting at a good price. Installation was well done. All material has stood up to our use.

Where to begin. As I was shopping for the carpet, I had a salesman named Marty go into detail about how he was a ranger fan. He spent a solid 20 minutes giving me his life story. I dont mind a tiny amount of small talk, but this was over the top. I am here to buy a carpet, not hear your life story. Anyway, we ordered a carpet and paid for it with a credit card. A week later we had it installed. After the installation, we were told we needed to pay the other half with cash or a check. Nobody told us this, so we had to run to the bank as the installers followed us. We then looked at the work that they did. When they installed the carpet, the molding began to come off the wall and left a nice crack inbetween the molding and the wall. At no point did they mention this as they were installing i

Cary at the Wantagh location was wonderful and so kind to our daughter as we decided on our new carpet. Took his time with us, priced out everything, from flooring to carpet, from cheap to expensive. We had fun! If you can imagine, and he allowed a 3.5 year old to shop for "magic carpets ". He arrived the next day to measure himself and they were accommodating with the install date. And most of all, We LOVE our new carpet. I know carpets are not trendy. But let me tell you, the one we purchased is beautiful!!!

Never shopped here, because I don’t need a carpet; however I do enjoy their really fun local commercials for each season. Sad to see the newest one has been toned down. Hope they continue to be creative and entertaining.
