This is the worst company ever to have to do business with! We bought a new home June of last year so the house was under warranty. Shortly after moving in we started having problems with the flooring, most of the house is done in tile that looks like wood, the tiles began coming lose and the grout started coming out through out the house. The installers came out several different times due to the same issue, some in different spots and some in the same places that had been already been fixed. Come to find out, the floor had to be redone three times before we had even moved in. The installer finally came to us and offered to replace the flooring, we agreed to that and the next thing we knew the installer started jerking us around, saying that his insurance company denied his claim saying
