It was a great experience from the beginning til the installation was done. Phillip was great and recommended a nice carpet and padding and came over right away to measure. The installers were the best I’ve ever seen from all the many homes I’ve lived in. They worked so hard and made sure it was perfect. We were all super impressed at their skills. Will def recommend and use you guys again for next project.

The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and very detail-oriented. The floors look absolutely beautiful, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. Both the sales and installation experiences at the Carpet Exchange in Westminster were excellent. There was a lot of product to choose from in a lot of different price ranges. Ken was my sales contact and he was very helpful in reserving the carpet yardage we needed for our project, and in communicating the details of the measure and the installation. The installers did a great job; seams are practically invisible and their attention to detail was very good. I would recommend them highly.
