Carpet Exchange

We updated our kitchen with new countertops and backsplash. We worked closely with Sara she did a great job of organizing the installs, everything went well. We also bought 2 area rugs that were custom made. Our home has never looked better, we are extremely happy with Carpet Exchange and would recommend them.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end. The manager, Mitch, recommended product for our lifestyle. We built in a remote area seven hours from the Boulder store. Mitch arranged seamless transportation and kept up with the entire job. The flooring is beautiful and our neighbors are very impressed. We are thrilled!

My wife and I are very pleased with the new floor and the whole experience. Mitchell was smart, patient and carefully guided us through the whole process. I had a great experience working with Tylor. He helped us find the best carpet for our needs/budget and was extremely thorough and responsive. We had our carpet installed this week and we love it. The installers, Christian and Maurizio, were also very professional with incredible attention to detail. I would recommend Carpet Exchange Boulder to anyone. I am writing this to share the facts of my experience at the Boulder location so others can judge for themselves. My girlfriend and I went in one morning just to see what materials they offered. When a salesman approached us, we were transparent that we had an estimate from another store and just wanted to compare materials. He immediately became defensive, stating he couldn't provide information because he didn't want to 'get into the business of another store.' I asked if he was refusing to give us a quote. He said no, so we sat down and gave him our info. After 15 minutes, he gave us a verbal price. When I asked for an itemized written quote, he refused, stating he couldn't do that before measurements. I then asked to schedule the measurement, and he told me I would have to pay 50% of t
