Salesman Chad was very knowledgeable about carpet I was looking for. Suggested Dreamweaver silver lining 3 with 8lb pad underneath. Very plush quality carpet with a great warranty, couldnt be happier with the product. Installers worked fast and was a very neat and clean installation. Extremely happy with finished product, would highly recommend for any carpet needs.

Our experience was amazing from the estimate all the way thru installation. The entire staff was attentive and communicated every step of the way. We had five rooms changed from carpet to laminate. It looks great. I highly recommend Carpet Factory Outlet.

Overall the floors look really nice and it seems to be installed well. I will say though that I feel like I was mislead about the time it would take. I forgot the older gentleman's name who came out and gave us an estimate, but when I asked him how long it would take, he said "well we like to get it done in 1 day, maybe 2. We have a lot of people who install vinyl plank so it shouldn't take long." We are on day 4...and it's past 430 and they're still not done. They had 4 people here to rip out the old floor, when that was done 2 of them left. Today there is only 1 guy working. I initially took 2 days off of work to accommodate, I work from home. I then had to take more time off since they weren't done. My whole first floor has been a construction zone for 4 days and the guy installing the

They have decent prices, if you don’t mind the low quality and carelessness. The men that installed my carpet caused damage to multiple freshly painted walls, and forgot to staple down parts of our carpet. Not to mention their unprofessional attitudes and the loud music while they were in our house. Overall pretty disappointing. I will not be returning in the future for my rental properties.
