Carpet Garage Flooring Center Rapid City, SD

Our sales man was knowledgeable and helped us get our carpet ordered and installer scheduled. That part was great. The unfortunate part is that the installers that were "the best" (according to salesman) showed up late, spent almost the entire day there (3 of them), still didnt get it done so had to come back the next day. 900sqft and it took 1.5 days to do. Previous carpet and padding was already out so the floor was ready for them. Only one showed up the next day. Took him half the day. I have visible seams in my brand new carpet, they had some purple stain on my brand new carpet that they left there, and there is carpet glue stuck to my carpet. They left their carpet glue container on my bathroom sink and didnt clean up their trimmings or any of the mess. I am extremely disappointed wi

Updated - Buyer Beware. The owners are very nice, but at the end of the day they don't stand behind their product. They sold me a floor that fell apart within a couple years and continues to get worse. I am out 15K and while I appreciate thier concern, that does nothing to fix the terrible product they sold me.

I was looking for LVT for our new barbershop and they didn't haVE what I was looking for in glue down. Bob helped me find the perfect one and ordered it for me. It came way faster than they anticipated and looks absolutely beautiful in our new space. Went back a few weeks later to get some vinyl trim and Greg helped me and did an excellent job as well.
