We had carpet and composite floors installed. Everything went great! The installers missed something and our sales rep BOB came back and fixed the issue himself! The great part of having a sales rep who used to do the job himself is that they can fix things, and they know exactly what they are talking about when they are giving you recommendations. We are so happy with the exceptional customer service! The price was great as well.

KDG hired them to fix the floors they were so thin the nails were coming thru the floors. They sent installers to fix the nails. They broke $200-400 of furniture & personal items. They refuse to pay for what they broke. Horrible workers & management team.

Horrible service and product. They showed us different product during an estimate and installed different product during install. Padding is so thin that we can feel floors, and when we complained about it now one cared about it. They also came with less product and tried to blame it on us saying that we miss understood the term and they realize mistake was on their end never recommending this to anyone. Update on this (12/07/2018) Some one from company called and offered new padding and update our carper. Rep stated she will call me with date and time for someone to come out this conversation took place week of November 20th, I still haven't heard from anyone. So customer's opinion has no value to this company, they gave false expectation to change service. Will never recommend this comp
