Steve and his team are fantastic. They're incredibly easy to work with. I've gotten runners from them twice, as well as wall-to-wall carpeting in my basement. We stopped into Carpet King after our basement flooded and we had to rip up our flooring. We were greeted immediately by Steve, who was extremely patient with us as we went back and forth with deciding on what color flooring we wanted. Steve sent us home with some samples and continued being patient with us as we tried to figure out what color we liked best. When we finally decided on what we wanted, we contacted Steve and he got everything set up for us. Materials arrived quicker than we thought, and we got our install date picked out. The team was excellent with both the work they did and the communication throughout the day. I decided to use Carpet King for replacing my shabby carpet after referring to the feedbacks on Google and my own trip in their store. I was impressed by their superior customer service, Steve is professional and knowledgeable sharing with me the options I have and did my home estimation as soon as the day I reached out. After 3 weeks of the first payment installed, the carpet team came to my house and replace my 2 bedrooms with new carpet and my office ( 3rd bedroom) in Vinyl floor. The team did a nice job within 6 hours and cleaned up my house. I am very happy with the result and enjoyed my new carpet and new floor in my home office.
