I recently had the pleasure of working with two subcontractors, Jonathan and Johan, who were sent by Carpet King to install carpet in my home—and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. As a general contractor myself, I know how difficult it is to find reliable, hard-working subcontractors. Jonathan and Johan were exactly that. They worked efficiently and carefully, moving all the furniture out of our bedrooms without issue and completing the job with professionalism and attention to detail. We purchased carpet from Jennifer a few months back for our beach condo. When we got to the condo to see the install, it was awful. I called and spoke with Joey who admitted the sub contractor that installed our job was no longer working for him because of poor work. Joey’s dad came out to look at the job, agreed the carpet needed fixed. Told us they’d make it right. Well, here we are months later, nothing. We’re left with a horrible carpet job with no communication. Also, when the installers came they were very destructive with our furniture as we paid for them to move it during the install. I’m pregnant drive a huge truck couldn’t fit in the parking lot of Noah’s ark also there was no parking. This man has not a single customer in the parking lot and told me I can’t park there for 5 min. My truck was overheating and he told me he’s calling the police because he’s a bitter old man.
