Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They let you bring home carpet and flooring samples to match against paint and other flooring. The vinyl plank flooring was installed flawlessly. The carpet install in the hallway and stairs was riddled with sloppy work. To their credit they did come back to replace several sections on the stairs and fix some of the other problem areas. The materials are very consistent. It's the installers that make or break any project. Perhaps CLP should work to hire some more experienced and detail oriented carpet installers. Living in Uxbridge for the last 30 years we have only used CLP. We will continue to shop with them but next time we will insist that they only use installers who care about doing a quality job.

The overall experience with Carpet Lover Plus employees and installation process was awesome! They have hundreds of carpet options to satisfy most if not all customers in addition to their budgets, I selected a mid-range carpet. The carpet was ready on a Thursday and I got scheduled for the next Wednesday installation. It looks great and my aging dog now walks the stairs without slipping.

The team at Carpet Lover Plus truly are great! They helped me with a service issue (carpet stretching) that has been an issue for years due to faulty install (not their install another big brand that I would not reccomend). The team that came out was knowledgeable, helped me understand an underlying issue, and were honest. I WILL call them first for my next flooring job and reccommend to everyone! THANK YOU!!!

Not the greatest! I wouldn’t go through these guys again! The guy that came here to take measurements told us they would neutralize any areas that needed to be cleaned! Never explained they were contractors that came to your home to install the carpets. Both days my husband ended up vacuuming and cleaning up the floors himself! If he didn’t do this, they would have installed brand new carpets over the piles of dirt left from the old carpets!! Not very professional! Especially after paying Almost 4,000 for 3 new carpets! A couple weeks later, I noticed a staple sticking out near the threshold in my son’s room. Their response was it’s normal sometimes this happens in that area. You can bang it in with a hammer!!

I've used Carpet Lover for a few projects around my house. They were willing to work with me when another contractor left us mid project. We had scheduled a specific tile installed they had but ended up with another guy who still did a great job. They worked with us for picking a new floor for our master bedroom and made sure all the materials showed up on time and everything went to schedule. Sure it's not as cheap as the big box stores but small business is important and I'm a believer of you get what you pay for.
