Phenomenal service from beginning to end! Thank you to Howard for listening so well and finding me the perfect carpet for our two rooms. As a nice treat at the end, you get to spin a wheel for a surprise gift!

The rug itself turned out to be of excellent quality. Soft, pleasant to the touch pile, dense weaving, and neat edge finishing testify to the high skill of the manufacturer. The pattern, executed in calm, pastel colors, gave the living room a cozy and elegant feel. The carpet not only decorated the room, but also made it warmer and more comfortable, especially in the winter months. I would like to note the attentive attitude towards customers. The delivery was made exactly on time, the carpet was securely packaged, and no defects were found when unpacking. In addition, we received a carpet cleaning product as a gift, which was very nice.

Good place to buy carpet if your not too picky or need a certain color but they do have a lot to choose from. I am happy with the carpet I got and price. Only thing is it is a little hard to see colors in the warehouse. They need a rolling spot light of something. Also I got the top future foam pad and just expected it to be a little more cushion from what I have heard but for all I know it may be as good as it gets. Not disappointed.

Awesome experience, went on a Saturday morning, barely anyone there, Guss was amazing and very helpful and brought over a few rolls next to each other to compare colors because I’m a picky @$$. They have a bonus raffle that you get to play after spending $400 and even put me on top of the cutting tool which I love seeing things like that. Incredible selection one stop place.
