No response to the better business bureau complaint from Wade. And I’ve also updated the photos to include screen shots of the text message when he apologized for not showing up the first time to repair the damage and replace the trim and promised to make it right. And then… never hear from the guy again A few of the pictures of the damage this company did to our home during installation of flooring . And the owner said he would fix the problem and was a no show. He said he wanted to make it right after they failed to show up and dropped off a sample trim he wanted to replace it with and it did not come close to matching the current trim. We just want the money returned to us so we can have our home returned to what it was before they caused this damage

Terrible product. Do not buy the vinyl flooring from here. Had less than a year and it’s gapping, coming up, and scratched in areas. They don’t stand by their product. When I called about getting spots fixed they acted like I was an inconvenience. Will note that they did not install but issues are with the product and I offered to pay for more product and their assistance fixing.

Highly recommend! I had beautiful grey wood looking vinyl planks installed in my laundry room, kitchen and dining room. Super friendly knowledgeable staff from the salesman, estimate guy, and Ty the installation gentleman. I was surprised that he did the entire installation all by himself. He did an amazing job with incredible attention to detail. Showed up the second day to finish the job even though he was feeling under the weather. RESPECT!! Went above and beyond. Even fixed a broken kitchen drawer that I had abandoned using. Hell of guy and worker. He has a real skill and I appreciate his time a labor spent. Will 100% be a returning customer for carpet in my den, bedroom, and closet.

What a terrible company. Wish I could give zero stars. Claim they have a lifetime warranty on product and installation. Good luck getting them to honor it, or even call you back! My flooring hasn’t been right since day one. All we get is the run around, I wanna tear it all out and leave it at there door! JUNK! BUYER BEWARE!!

My experience with this company and the Owner, Wade, is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a flooring company. The carpet seems the lowest quality with so many cut marks/seems all over the room.... and the vinyl flooring scratches with normal wear. I've never been so disappointed in the quality of the work. They damaged our freshly painted walls and left huge gaps between the wall the baseboards and the flooring. And not surprising, the owner doesnt respond at all.
