Carpet Mart

We recently purchased a house in the area and needed new carpets. We went to Carpet Mart and were able to pick out great carpet and had great assistance to make sure we got what we needed and what would work better for our home. The install with Mr. Bigham went really well, we're thankful how it turned out!

I found this place on-line and was skeptical due to the low prices. Usually quality and low price are mutually exclusive. Absolutely not in this case. Called the day prior to confirm they had the flooring I wanted in stock and then drove 350 miles one-way to purchase it. I have to say, the staff was friendly, the price was awesome (I saved 50%), and I am really happy with the quality. I HIGHLY recommend this place. And BTW, I would drive the 350 miles (700 total) again for these prices and service.

I purchased hardwood for my whole house. The salesman was nice enough to explain the different grades they sell. This saved me buying something I didn't want. The salesman also explained to me how to measure, this saved me a lot of money because I didn't over buy. The quality was FIRST GRADE!!! I saved thousands and the finished product is beautiful!!! I am so pleased that I have told all my friends about it. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!! Great Salesman and product!!!!

I went in two weeks ago about indoor outdoor carpeting. I wanted light gray. They told me they were out but should receive it the following week. So I called them this morning and they advised me they had gotten it in. So I went to the store and was advised they didn't have any. Two weeks ago my estimate was $250.00. Today the estimate was $479.00. Obviously my porch didn't grow in the last two weeks. I got the feeling that somehow the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing there. Approximately 2 years ago I purchased three rooms of carpet and a big area rug. Was very pleased with the product and service but today's experience was totally different. I don't know if it has new management or what the problem was but I was not impressed.

We had purchased quite a bit of flooring here, and always got good advice, good service, and fair prices. Highly recommend them.
