If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carpet Mart outshines all of the flooring competitors in St Clair County. I spent several hours getting bids from all of the competitors and not only was Carpet Mart the most reasonable in price, they were the only one that had the availability to start within the next business day with a crew. Melissa was so helpful in helping me pick out my carpet. Brad came out the same day to measure. They were so nice and professional and willing to accommodate my need to get my carpet installed right away. The crew (Tom & Tom) they sent to install showed up on time and were so friendly and professional. They did such an amazing job and my carpet looks beautiful! Brad and Melissa handled carpet for our stairs and office and laminate plank flooring for downstairs. The carpet layers do impeccable work, especially with the expensive patterned carpet we chose for the stairs. It is gorgeous. Brad is honest and steered us from certain patterns he knew would not work with our pets. The laminate plank he suggested for downstairs was a quality product at a reasonable price. His measurements were to the T, and he spent so much time consulting my husband on his DIY install downstairs. We are working with him again for our master shower tile and flooring for our guest room.

We were having trouble getting carpet quickly for a rental property. After being misled by Flooring Interiors we called Carpet Mart. Brad came out the next day and gave us a quote immediately and had the carpet installed in two business days. Amazing service at a fair price! Would highly recommend them.

I recently had an issue with Mohawk hardwood flooring purchased through Carpet Mart. We spent months dealing with the issue and am so grateful I had the owner, Brad, handling it. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was completely taken care of and finished to our satisfaction. He spent countless hours dealing with this issue and provided outstanding customer service. All employees sent to our house were courteous, detail-oriented, and professional. The installer, Jack, was exceptional. He did an amazing job and our floors look gorgeous. I have no doubts that we received only the highest quailty product and installaton. I will absolutely return to Carpet Mart for future products/services and would highly recommend them to others.

Great place to buy new flooring. If you need new floors call or stop by their store first. Very happy with the price and installation
