Oxford plumbing was great to work with!!! After a TERRIBLE 2 week experience with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY (THEY'RE HORRIBLE), Oxford plumber fit me in their schedule immediately! They installed a new hot water heater and were $1,000 cheaper than Morrison Plumbing. Stephen was professional, pleasant, punctual and gave me a 10% new customer discount! I FINALLY HAVE HOT WATER!

Stephen is not only a great person, he is honest, reliable and trustworthy (in business and in life). He came and gave me a second opinion on a leak issue we were having and ended up saving us around $300. You will not go wrong working with Oxford for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

We have had multiple great experiences with Oxford, most recently this summer when our A/C decided to stop working during one of the heat waves. I called after normal business hours fully expecting to get a voicemail - but I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered! She took down my information and said she would have someone out the next day. Stephen showed up just as promised and fixed our issue quickly! They have also done HVAC and multiple plumbing projects for us. They’re always the first ones we call because we know they’re all extremely knowledgeable, honest and will take care of us at a reasonable price.

I had such a great experience from start to finish! Stephen was kind and professional and got me on the schedule right away. He replaced my water heater quickly, and everything was clean and tidy when he left. It’s been working perfectly ever since, and I haven’t had a single issue. Highly recommend!

We had the team out to our house because the expansion tank on our water heater had a crack and needed to be replaced. They were able to come out the next day and replace it as well as fix some piping to the heater at an affordable price. Everyone was nice and great to work with!
