This is the second time we have gone through this company. Our carpets come out perfect every single time. The price is phenomenally great compared to other companies we have used. I have dogs who trample dirt in all the time and puppies who are still learning to potty outside. The pet treatment they use is absolutely amazing the carpets look brand new everytime. Definitely recommend this company for any type of carpet needs they are amazing. We had 5 rooms done and our staircase best price yet.

Matthew is so knowledgeable and he is wonderful about teaching his customers how to care for our newly cleaned carpets! He is great with pets and even sent our puppy a treat and a thank you card! It was so cute. This is true customer care!

I recently had Matthew out to my house for tile cleaning, carpet replacement, and vinyl flooring installation. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge he has when it comes to all of the different floor coverings. There are a hundred carpet cleaners, but finding the one with more knowledge than Matthew is nearly impossible. My floors look great!

I own a carpet cleaning business and I needed help. I called Carpet Masters to help one of my customers that had a pet urine issues. Apparently the dog peed all over the two reclining chairs and an automan. To make things worse my customer was hosting a Super Bowl party. Carpet Masters showed up early, gave the client a great cleaning with a urine treatment and made me look good. Thank you Luis and Donald for a stellar job.
